Testimonials

Hi Daria, Charlie and I enjoyed our gun lesson last week and wanted to thank you again for the fun shooting experience.  I think that we both have found a new hobby for our retirement years!

Thank you again for making the experience so much fun and taking the scary out of the whole gun thing for me.
I am also interested in giving my son, a lesson for a Christmas present.  Please let me know how we can handle this, whether through emails or in the snail mail, whichever is easier for you.  I would like to have a gift certificate to give him at Christmas.
Thanks,
Paula C.

Hi Daria,

I just wanted to thank you again for a really fun and informative class today. Nancy Q. and I went to lunch afterwards and spent the time discussing how much we enjoyed ourselves and how professional you and Jason were. We feel we learned a lot and we are also aware of how much more there is to learn.
Please send our thanks to Jason for us also.

Vanessa  had a great time Saturday.  Thank you for all of the extra time.  She was still going on and on about it Sunday.  Was this the Ruger she was firing Saturday? I just want to keep track of this so I know what she likes.
 Thanks again
Larry

Hi Daria, I just wanted to say thanks for the great time Richard & I had with you yesterday.  We really enjoyed your company – you’re an excellent teacher, we learned a lot & had a great time.   After we have another lesson from you on shotguns,  I’m going to explore the Narragansett Gun Club thats up the road from us, especially for Richard since he turned out to be a natural. I think it would be great for him.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I’ve never shot a gun before, is it hard?

No. Even if you’ve never touched a handgun before, I cover all the basics that will have you shooting  safely, effectively and with confidence in just one 2 hour session.

But, I don’t have a gun…

You don’t need one. I provide everything. Guns, ammo, eye and ear protection, range time and targets.

I have my own gun, can I bring it?

Sure you can. And if you don’t have ammunition, I will provide it.

Are they private lessons?

Yes.

What type of guns will I shoot?

You’ll start with a .22 caliber.  You’ll shoot a revolver and semi-automatic. If you feel confident moving to a larger caliber, that is an option.

I took a class before but was bored out of my mind. We didn’t even get to shoot. How is your class different.

I realize your time is valuable. My class is hands-on, at a range, not a classroom. Once we go through safety instructions and technique, you will be shooting within the first 20 minutes.

What makes you qualified to teach?

I am an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, NRA Certified Personal Protection Inside The Home Instructor, and Range Safety Officer.

Do you teach both men and women?

Yes, anybody and everybody can learn to shoot.

Can you teach my kids?

Definitely. Children under 18, must be accompanied by a parent.

How much is it?

$150 for a 2 hour session.

My friend took a class for $75.00.

That was a classroom class with 20 other people and involved no live fire. My class is LIVE FIRE and includes everything. All you have to do is show up. That is the difference.

I have a question not listed here. How can I get in touch with you?

You can send me an email or call 401-441-0111

Hope to see you at the range soon!!

Best Regards,

Daria Bruno
